Who this login is for For parents and legal guardians who want to follow their child's day-to-day care.

What you can do here:

  • View an overview of your own children
  • Read daily reports and activities
  • Communicate with the care facility
  • Submit absence notifications

Typical everyday examples:

  • Check how your child's day went
  • Send a short message to caregivers
  • Report illness or planned absence

Manager View​

Who this login is for For management, administration, and staff with broader organizational responsibilities.

What you can do here:

  • Manage care facility setup and groups
  • Organize staff and children overviews
  • Plan schedules and daily operations
  • Review reports and statistics

Typical everyday examples:

  • Add staff members or review roles
  • Coordinate schedules across teams
  • Use reports for internal planning meetings
